Olivia

Olivia is a Columbus, OH, native who recently received both Level 1 Lagree and VersaClimber certifications. She developed her passion for fitness through an active upbringing, participating in sports like volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse, and working out with her health-conscious father. When a friend introduced Olivia to Lagree, she felt like she had stumbled upon a hidden gem. The method’s fusion of high-intensity, low-impact movements reshaped her entire perspective on fitness, igniting a newfound passion within her. She fell in love with the VersaClimber workout, just like Lagree. This transformative experience didn’t just change her approach to exercise; it sparked a deep-seated desire to create a space where others could discover the same profound benefits. Driven by her belief in exercise as a powerful tool for healing both mind and body, Olivia realized the best way to share this experience with others was to open a fitness studio centered on whole-body wellness. She is thrilled to share her passion with the community, inviting everyone to join her in embracing a holistic path to wellness.

  • Lead Lagree Trainer & Instructor

Kelly has been teaching Lagree since 2015, blending the precision and artistry of her professional dance background into every class. Originally from Florida, she lived in New York City and Hong Kong before settling in Ohio. After sustaining multiple dance and fitness injuries, she discovered the Lagree method—a workout that delivered the intensity and results she craved without the impact on her joints. Hooked ever since, Kelly is passionate about helping clients find that same strength, challenge, and transformation through Lagree.

Outside the studio, Kelly is a proud mom of two boys and serves as co-chair of SpokeKIDS, a nonprofit supporting Pelotonia Kids and raising funds for pediatric cancer research at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Her classes are choreographed with intention—motivating, challenging, and always designed to push you past your limits while keeping your body safe and strong.  At the heart of her teaching is a simple belief: movement is powerful medicine, healing and strengthening both the mind and the body.

  • Lagree & VersaClimber

Hi! I'm Kendal! I’m a graduate of Miami University, and my love for Lagree started with the incredible community and the way I felt after every high-intensity, low-impact workout. The challenge, the burn, and the strength it builds—both physically and mentally—had me hooked from the start. Now, I get to share that passion with you!

My goal is to make every class fun, challenging, and rewarding. I want you to leave feeling stronger, empowered, and ready to take on anything.

When I’m not in the studio, you can find me checking out new coffee spots in Columbus, spending time with friends, or enjoying the outdoors. Can’t wait to see you in class!

  • Yoga

Yoga is my passion, both in my personal practice and as a teacher. I find so much joy in watching others grow, build confidence, and explore new poses. But yoga is more than just movement—it’s the connection between mind, body, and breath that extends beyond the mat into everyday life. Outside of yoga, I love spending time with my dog, Maddie, cooking and traveling with my partner, Mike, and trying new restaurants with my friends.

  • Versaclimber

My name is Tatianna Stryjewski and I will be teaching versa classes at Soma! My friends all call me Tati. My passion for fitness started during the pandemic when I had to come home from college and had a lot of newfound free time. With a love for edm and dance music, I developed an interest for anything that was a cardio workout and high energy. I love to run, box, and take HITT classes! When I discovered Versa, I knew it would be my new thing. I aim to make every class feel like a dance party. Working out can and should be fun, never a chore. I will always make sure everyone who takes my class feels comfortable, included, and supported. When I’m not teaching, I’m working full time as an assistant merchant at Bath and Body Works. I love to travel, go on long runs, and shop.

  • Lagree & VersaClimber

Hi, I'm Madison! I am a Versa Climber instructor, and soon to be Lagree instructor. My journey started as a Lagree client at Soma, but I fell in love with Versa Climber instantly. I love how quick and effective the workouts are. The Versa and Lagree combo has been a game changer in my workout routine because they continue to be challenging. I am so excited to teach and share these powerful workouts with the Columbus community. When I'm not at Soma, you can find me spending time with my family, or trying new restaurants around the Columbus area.

  • Yoga

Preston Murray teaches breath-centered vinyasa yoga that builds toward deep rest and inner alignment. With over a decade of practice, Preston creates classes designed to help students come home to themselves — finding acceptance, strength, and peace exactly where they are.

Preston’s teaching style emphasizes breath as medicine, using the exhale to release what no longer serves and the inhale to draw in what’s needed. Every class has one sacred objective: building toward a restful Shavasana with a quiet mind. Students can expect longer holds, deeper exhales, mindful preparation, and affirmations that remind them of their inherent worth.

Preston discovered yoga during a period of profound personal transformation and grief, finding in the practice a path to authentic self-acceptance and spiritual connection. This lived experience infuses Preston’s teaching with deep compassion and understanding. Preston welcomes beginners with enthusiasm and creates a space where students have permission to be exactly where they are — whether seeking strength or softness, in crisis or celebration.

Preston believes a yoga class might be the only hour in your week where someone guides you back to yourself, offering medicine for both body and spirit in a world that rarely encourages deep rest and full presence.

I found my love for Lagree and got back into yoga after struggling with my health for years. I love the energy that Lagree brings and I want to create a safe space in my classes for everyone to push themselves out of their comfort zone, physically and mentally, to have fun and grow!

  • Mat Pilates

Tori is a certified mat Pilates instructor through PMI, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a National Board Certified Health Coach (NBHWC). She leads Client Success & Events at Sworkit Health, a global digital fitness platform, where she curates live virtual wellbeing content with expert instructors worldwide.

A native of Austin, Texas, Tori has also lived in NYC, Arizona, and Guatemala before settling in Ohio. After earning her degree from NYU, she started her career as a music agent in Austin. Growing up with Tourette's Syndrome and scoliosis, Tori found her outlet through movement and endurance trail racing—until an injury led her to discover Pilates. The practice became her saving grace, helping her recover and build strength through mindful, low-impact, daily movement with joy.

Before joining Sworkit, Tori spent time creating corporate wellness programs and teaching fitness classes for companies throughout Arizona. She was honored as "Health Coach of the Year" by the Wellness Council of Arizona in 2018 and crowdfunded a book to become a published author of "Addicted to Health" (Atmosphere Press, © 2021). In her free time, she teaches aspiring health coaches through AFPA or spends time outdoors with her husband and corgis.

At Soma Lab, Tori brings compassion and inclusivity to her Pilates instruction, encouraging students to honor their unique bodies and journeys with movement. She believes in the power of daily movement, human connection, outdoor time, and music—all as medicine for both mind and body. She loves sharing her passion for intentional movement and whole-person wellness with the community.

  • Yoga

With over 20 years of teaching experience, I guide students in exploring the mind-body connection through movement and breath. I believe movement is medicine, and that cultivating awareness on the mat can bring more balance, focus, and calm into daily life. My classes center on quieting the mind, deepening the breath, and creating space for presence and joy. Sharing these teachings is both my passion and purpose.

  • Lagree

Hi! I’m Nachelle! I’ve been practicing the Lagree method for years, but I truly fell in love with it after having my daughter. The way it transformed my body, boosted my mental health, and rebuilt my confidence made it an essential part of my life. Now, as a newly certified Level 1 Lagree instructor, I’m excited to share that passion with you!

My goal is to give you the guidance you need to feel confident in every move, encourage you to push toward new goals, and make sure you have fun while doing it. I want you to leave class feeling strong, proud, and absolutely amazing.

When I’m not in the studio, I’m working my full-time job in corporate retail, getting lost in a good book, spending quality time with my daughter and husband, or out on a walk with my Siberian husky, Gryffin. Can’t wait to see you in class!

  • Lagree

Hi everyone! I’m Lauryn and a Columbus, Ohio native. I am also a proud mom to a 5 year old little boy who is my absolute world!

I will also be teaching level 1 lagree here at Soma Lab! I grew up playing soccer but my fitness journey started shortly after I had my son. Long walks, yoga and Lagree have connected with me the most. I have worked in the aesthetic/beauty space for years now and the most important thing to me is making people feel confident inside and out.

I am so excited to start my journey at Soma and so hope to see you in class.

If I am not at Lagree, you can find me reading my kindle, hanging out with friends and family or shopping! Let’s grow together!

  • Lagree

I’m passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels strong, supported, and inspired to push themselves.

I have been teaching group fitness since starting a major weight loss journey at 18 years old. Now, at 40 fitness has been part of my story for more than two decades. Countless classes later, I’ve learned that the best workouts, and the best lives, are all about balance. For me, that balance means one hand on the Megaformer, one hand on a margarita.

Lagree is my love language—it’s challenging, humbling, and wildly effective. I’m here to help clients find their edge while keeping things real, fun, and spicy. My approach blends discipline and humor—expect encouragement, sweat, and probably a few laughs along the way.

Music is my secret weapon—it keeps the energy high, the tempo tight, and the vibes electric. If the beat’s not good enough to make you forget your legs are on fire, I don’t play it.

When I’m not on the Megaformer, you’ll find me painting, cooking, volunteering, watching Housewives or wandering the aisles of Target. New workout sets, gluten free pizza or a gorgeous hard cover book are my favorite ways to treat myself.

    Now, let’s shake!

  • Lagree

Hi, I’m Daphne! My Lagree love story started back in 2022, and it was truly love at first shake. I used to dread the gym, so discovering Lagree felt magical—finally, a workout I was genuinely obsessed with. Now I get to share that love every day (and yes, I’ve convinced most of my friends to try it too).

Expect my classes to be full of energy, great music, and plenty of laughs. I love creating an environment that’s challenging but fun, where everyone leaves feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to take on the day.

When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually exploring the latest fashion trends or traveling to try new restaurants around the world!

  • Lagree

I’m a form-focused instructor who loves helping clients feel strong, confident, and capable on and off the Megaformer!

I’ve had a long standing love for health and fitness, but when I came across lagree it immediately felt like home. If I’m not on a Mega, you can find me behind the chair as a hairstylist, drinking a cappuccino, or planning my next trip!

I’m confident you will fall in love with the intensity, effectiveness, and challenge that Lagree brings. I’ll see you on the Mega!

  • Lagree

Hi, I’m Melissa! My Lagree journey began right here at SOMA Lab Fitness. From day one, the support and encouragement I felt in this community inspired me to pursue my Lagree certification so I can motivate, challenge, and cheer you on throughout your fitness journey.

Lagree has truly transformed my life. Since joining the studio, I’ve lost over 40 pounds, shed inches from my waist, and uncovered a strength—both physical and mental—I never knew I had.

You might spot my daughter, Colette, buzzing around the studio or my husband taking class alongside me. Outside the studio, I work as a photographer, capturing weddings, families, and hotels across the country.

I hope to see you in class soon. Let’s shake, sweat, and grow stronger—together!

  • Yoga

Jennifer is excited to share her love of yoga and holistic wellness with the Soma Lab Fitness community. With 15 years of dedicated practice, Jennifer brings a deep appreciation for the transformative power of yoga—both on and off the mat. After earning her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2021 and completing her advanced 500-hour YTT in 2024, she’s passionate about helping students of all backgrounds discover strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through movement.

Jennifer’s teaching style blends classical techniques with modern approaches, creating an inclusive space where everyone can explore their personal journey. She believes yoga is for every body and strives to make her classes accessible, empowering, and rooted in self-care.

Outside the studio, Jennifer enjoys exploring new restaurants with her husband, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family. She’s thrilled to be part of Soma Lab Fitness and looks forward to supporting others as they grow in their practice.

  • Lagree

Alyssa grew up in Columbus, Ohio where her love for movement began with soccer and group fitness classes she took with her dad. After exploring many workout styles, she discovered Lagree in 2022 and immediately connected with its blend of strength, focus, and mind-body challenge. Alyssa believes Lagree is just as much a mental workout as a physical one. Pushing your body builds strength, but it also reshapes your mindset and reminds you that you're capable of doing hard things both on and off the Mega.

When she's not in the studio, Alyssa loves checking out the CBUS food scene with friends, making pottery, baking, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Praise.
