A select number of Soma Lab yoga classes are heated — and not in the way you might expect. We use infrared heating, a technology that warms the body from the inside out rather than simply raising the temperature of the room.

For founder Olivia Mendoza, yoga wasn't just one more class to add to the schedule — it was the piece that made everything else make sense.

After discovering the transformative power of Lagree and VersaClimber, Olivia found that yoga was what tied it all together. It was the practice that quieted the mind after an intense climb, restored the body after a challenging Lagree session, and brought her back to herself when life got loud. Building a studio without yoga simply wasn't an option.

At Soma Lab Fitness, yoga exists alongside Lagree and VersaClimber as an equal pillar of whole-body wellness — not an add-on, but a foundation. Olivia designed the program to give Columbus something it was missing: yoga that's elevated, intentional, and built for the way real people actually live.
